Part 3 Building Energy Modelling - Building Permit Design Development:

▪ Support the project team throughout the design development and Building Permit submission

▪ Update energy model based on the design development drawing sets and specifications and provide guidance as needed to ensure compliance with the BC Step Code.  

▪ Prepare energy modelling report, support the project team in achieving the energy requirements and the project’s sustainability goals and supply additional documents required to comply with municipal requirements and CHMC funding requirements at the time of the Building Permit application.
