Kits Block is a 4 level, 59 residential unit building, over a commercial space. Aspex Energy conducted Mid construction qualitative testing and final occupancy whole building quantitative airtightness testing utilizing the ASTM E779-19 airtightness testing standard, as per the City of Vancouver Guidelines. Aspex Energy’s 50 point Site Superintendent’s checklist played a key role in ensuring the final occupancy, whole building, airtightness testing target of 0.79 L/s/m2 @ 75 Pa was met.
