Kits Block is a 4 level, 59 residential unit, over commercial space building. Aspex Energy conducted Mid construction qualitative testing and final occupancy, whole building, quantitative air tightness testing utilizing the ASTM E779-19 air testing standard, as per the City of Vancouver Guidelines. Aspex Energy’s 50 point Site Superintendent’s check list played a key role in insuring final occupancy, whole building, air tightness test target of 0.79 L/s/m2 @ 75 Pa was met.
